How do I get connected?

- If you currently have telephone and/or Internet the contractors will be automatically plowing your drop along with the others on your road.
- If you do not have service currently, please contact us ASAP to get on the list for the contractor.
- Don't delay in reaching out! Customers calling for service after the contractor has already left the area will be placed on a waiting list for installation later in the season.
- Once all the field work is done a up.net team will schedule a time to install the electronics and switch you over to fiber. This may take a while as we project we have ~ 300 customers to visit and upgrade.
